Centralized Student IT Helpdesk Services

The Student IT Helpdesk provides a centralized service for the IT support needs of students from all schools.

This service is available 9.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thu) and 9.00am to 5.00pm (Fri):

Students can call 6550 0099 to reach support personnel for remote assistance. In the event onsite support is needed, students can arrange an appointment with the IT Helpdesk.

The range of services provided by the Student IT Helpdesk covers the following:

Troubleshooting of NYP wireless configuration and connection issues (laptop,Android, iOS)

Guidance to reset myNYP Portal Password

Guidance to reset NYP Student Email Password

Advice on self-cleaning/removing of viruses

Guidance to download and use Microsoft Office Software

* Student Portal password reset is also available at i@Central, NYP’s Information & Service Centre located at Campus Centre A.146 (facing Auditorium)
Note : Students can email to Computer & Network Centre (Internet_Access@nyp.edu.sg) to provide feedback on Internet and Wireless access in campus or IT Support Services
